1. Who We Are

Storyborne (“we,” “our,” “us”) is an independent TikTok LIVE agency and Creator Network, operating under Paper Sky Films Ltd (UK).
We provide creative guidance, training, and support for creators using TikTok LIVE.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Storyborne - whether by applying to join, attending a call, or participating in our Creator Network - you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be:

18 years or older
Based in the UK
An active TikTok user in good standing with TikTok’s Community Guidelines

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. What We Provide

Creative guidance, LIVE content strategy, and monetisation support
Access to relevant TikTok LIVE tools and insights (via TikTok Backstage, where applicable)
A supportive creator community
No fees or commissions - creators keep 100% of their TikTok LIVE earnings

4. Your Responsibilities

As a creator in our network, you agree to:

Comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
Respect our Code of Community (safe, inclusive, respectful behaviour)
Provide accurate information when joining and keep it up-to-date
Not misrepresent your relationship with Storyborne or TikTok (we are independent from TikTok)
Avoid content that violates laws or platform policies

5. Violations & Removal

We reserve the right to remove any creator from our network if:

TikTok suspends or bans your account for policy violations
You breach these Terms or our Code of Community
Your conduct negatively impacts Storyborne’s reputation or other creators

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create
By participating, you grant Storyborne permission to feature your work (e.g., for promotional purposes) with your consent
All Storyborne materials, branding, and resources remain our property

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We cannot guarantee specific earnings or growth.
We are not liable for:

Loss of earnings caused by platform changes or account actions taken by TikTok
Technical issues outside our control
Actions of other creators in the community

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which you can read here.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website, with the effective date clearly stated.

10. Termination
We may suspend or end your participation at any time if you violate these terms or TikTok’s rules.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
